Sales of single-family homes in the Beach Haven West real estate market were as follows:

  • Four single-family homes sold in the Beach Haven West real estate market
  • The average price of a home was $219,000
  • The average price per square foot of a single-family home was $109.38

On average, homes spent 129 days on the market and sold for 88.56% of their listing price

The average price of a single-family home was lower in the month of February 2015 the preceding months. That said, the majority of homes sold in February were storm damaged homes that will most likely be torn down to make way for new construction. The sales statistics above do not take into account the cost of building new homes, however when that cost is added to land value, we find that buyers are willing to invest a great sum of money in the Beach Haven West real estate market. This follows the prevailing trends of reinvestment, rebuilding, and a strong future outlook for the Beach Haven West real estate market.
