Beach Haven West Real Estate January and February 2015 Sales

Sales of single-family homes in the Beach Haven West real estate market were as follows:

  • Eight single-family homes sold
  • The average price of a single-family home was $303,439
  • On average, homes sold for 90.22% of the listing price and spent 150 days on the market
  • The average price per square foot was $190.54

In total, over $2,400,000 worth of real estate traded in the first two months of 2015. The least expensive home to sell was listed for $149,900 and was a storm damaged home that was sold to make way for new construction. By contrast, the most expensive home to sell was a for bedroom two bathroom 2400 square foot property listed for $449,999.
