Between 2010 and 2014 Beach Haven West real estate sales volume was as follows:

  • 2010: $24,160,000
  • 2011: $25,634,000
  • 2012: $23,000,993
  • 2013: $27,888,000
  • 2014: $24,631,000

A look at the above data points to some interesting sales trends. 2014 held in line with past years and in fact was higher than 2010 and 2012. 2013 showed the highest amount of sales volume, which is to be expected as many homeowners sold their storm damaged homes in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. What the sales volume figures do not show us is the amount of additional capital that is being invested into the Beach Haven West real estate market through new construction.
